Before joining the Africa region, Laure has significantly contributed to Egis's growth in the Middle East during 3 years, particularly in regards to environment, water, marine & port and nuclear sectors.

Laure was selected as Voice of a New Era of Leaders in 2024 and received four awards in 2023 including the "Eco-Friendly Professional of the Year", "Women in Leadership" and "Women Executive of the Year". Laure is also a speaker in different events / panels related to Sustainable Cities.

Yasmin Al Enazi is a robotics engineer, tech entrepreneur, and regional leader in AI innovation. As Head of Women In AI Middle East Region, Program Director of Maxbyte’s Industry 4.0 Center and Founder of AISTHESIS, she blends deep technical expertise with a mission to create inclusive, impact-driven technologies.

Yasmin was named one of the Top 10 Women Globally Leading the Robotics Industry by the International Federation of Robotics (2024), and featured among the 100 Faces of Women in the UAE by Al Bayan (2018). In 2025, she was recognized by the UAE Union of Women and the UN Women’s 69th Session Report as a leading voice for AI and tech Women empowerment in the GCC.

Femke Baudoin is Boeing’s Communications Director for the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa. In this role, she oversees the company’s regional communications, focusing on building and protecting Boeing’s reputation and brand, and informing and engaging both external and internal stakeholders to support key business priorities.

Femke brings more than 25 years of global communications and public affairs expertise to the business, and a track record of creating impactful corporate content. She has been living and working in the Middle East since 2010.

Before joining Boeing in 2021, Femke served as head of communications for the Middle East, Egypt, and Iran at BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, and led the marketing and communications function for the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA), one of the largest trade associations in the region. She also worked for twofour54, the media and entertainment zone established by the government of Abu Dhabi.

She spent six years leading the corporate communications function for Saudi Aramco in Europe, based at its European headquarters in the Netherlands, her home country. She also spent a year at Saudi Aramco’s global headquarters in Saudi Arabia, supporting the establishment of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), the flagship of Aramco’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.

Amira Sajwani is a leading Emirati businesswoman who serves as the Managing Director of Sales and Development at DAMAC Properties, founder and CEO of PRYPCO, and co-founder and COO of Amali Properties. She is recognized as an innovative leader shaping the future of the real estate industry in the region and serves as a judge on Shark Tank Dubai.

Andrea Gontkovicova is PMI’s Vice President Corporate Affairs South & Southeast Asia (SSEA), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) & Middle East & Africa (MEA) Region. In this capacity Andrea oversees external engagement and regulatory developments in PMI’s biggest geographical region. Prior to current appointment, Andrea served as Chairperson of the Board and Managing Director of Philip Morris Czech Republic, with responsibility for Company’s business in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Andrea started her professional career in 1997 at Philip Morris Slovakia and since then held positions of increased responsibility in Corporate Affairs, Commercial Development and Smoke-Free Products Divisions in countries in Central Europe and PMI’s Operations Center in Lausanne, Switzerland. In recognition of all Andrea’s contributions and success, she is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards from governments in the jurisdictions where she has worked.
